Midwest Veterinary Supply integration
Clinics using Midwest Veterinary Supply used to manage package sizes and orders somewhere outside Digitail entirely. That gap is closed. The integration is now available to every clinic already working with Midwest, out of early access.
You can map several package sizes to a single product and set your everyday default, then switch to a bulk size right on the shopping list whenever it makes sense. Orders you place show up in Digitail as pending, with costs and quantities already filled in. Verifying and receiving stock takes one pass, not a cross-check between two systems.
Inventory teams working with Midwest just get one less system to check.

Generate QuickSOAPs with only the sections you need
Not every consultation calls for every SOAP section, but the record used to include them all by default. QuickSOAP Presets are now available to every clinic.
Pick a preset before generating notes, or build your own selection in settings. If you’d rather keep things as they are, the All Fields option still works exactly like before, nothing changes unless you choose it.
Vets and techs spend less time deleting generated sections they never needed in the first place.
