Charlotte founded 2525 Sunset Veterinarians in November of 2021, a full-service veterinary hospital in Houston, Texas. 

Previously heading operations at PetWell Partners, Charlotte is now Vice President of New Markets and Industry Relations at Roo Vet. At Roo, she demonstrated that one size does not fit all in business development. She initiated growth strategies that transformed a Texas-based experiment into a nationwide venture, with Roo.vet now holding significant market shares across 25 cities.
