Charlotte Weir
Charlotte brings over a decade of expertise in the veterinary field, excelling as an Advisor, VP, and Founder with a strong focus on business consulting and developing robust veterinary startup business plans. Charlotte founded 2525 Sunset Veterinarians in November of 2021, a full-service veterinary hospital in Houston, Texas.
Previously heading operations at PetWell Partners, Charlotte is now Vice President of New Markets and Industry Relations at Roo Vet. At Roo, she demonstrated that one size does not fit all in business development. She initiated growth strategies that transformed a Texas-based experiment into a nationwide venture, with Roo.vet now holding significant market shares across 25 cities.
Dawn Lyne, RVT
Dawn Lyne is a Registered Veterinary Technician with over two decades of experience in veterinary medicine, education, and consulting. After dedicating 15 years to urgent care, general practice, and internal medicine, Dawn traded her stethoscope for a laptop and embraced the digital heartbeat of the veterinary world. As a workflow consultant at SmartFlow and now as a Practice Workflow Specialist at Digitail, she helped hundreds of veterinary hospitals worldwide optimize their daily routines and champion digital transformation.
