How We Evaluate Integration Requests

Digitail’s product roadmap and integration strategy are guided first by the needs of our clinics. We prioritize integrations that meaningfully improve clinic workflows, expand customer value, and create a seamless experience across the systems our customers rely on.

Because integrations directly impact the customer experience, we also look for partners who are equally invested in maintaining a high standard of quality. This includes ongoing maintenance of their product, reliability of the integration, and responsive customer support when issues arise. Our goal is to ensure a strong, mutual experience for shared customers. If you’re unsure whether your product fits within our integration strategy, please describe your use case clearly in the form, and our team will review it.

If approved, you’ll receive sandbox credentials and can begin building straight away
All approved integrations start at self-serve level — documentation and sandbox access only
