David Mendicino is a Product Manager at Digitail, and his path to product started on the clinic floor. He spent over 16+ year with various roles within general and specialty practices across Alabama & Georgia before joining Digitail’s implementation team, where he helped more than 200 clinics across North America go live. That front-line experience shapes how he builds. David now leads product development with a practitioner’s understanding of what actually slows veterinary teams down, and what it takes to fix it.

Mario Penchev is Product Marketing Manager at Digitail, the cloud-based practice management platform built for veterinary professionals. With a background in running his own service business, he knows firsthand how fragmented tools, late-night admin, and 60+ hour weeks lead to burnout for people who started out just wanting to make a difference.
