What we offer

What we don’t offer
- Custom development or implementation support — all integrations are self-service
- Calls to help you build, design, or debug your integration
- Guaranteed timelines or prioritisation of specific endpoints
- Access for tools that overlap with core Digitail features (see below)
What won’t be approved
We don’t grant API access to tools that compete with features Digitail already offers natively as part of our PIMS. This includes tools that replicate functionality we believe should be built into any practice management system — such as wellness plan management or online booking — as well as pet parent-facing apps that duplicate core clinic-client communication features we already provide.

What to expect after you submit

- Our team reviews every request manually — typical review time is 3–7 business days
- If approved, you’ll receive sandbox credentials and can begin building straight away
- All approved integrations start at self-serve level — documentation and sandbox access only
- Support and partnership tiers are available based on usage and strategic fit, assessed after your integration is live
