Dr. Brianna Armstrong is a veterinarian, medical director, and entrepreneur dedicated to transforming veterinary hospital culture through people-first leadership. She currently serves as Medical Director and Co-Owner at Firehouse Animal Health Center 183 in Austin, Texas, where she leads a high-performing team focused on clinical excellence, psychological safety, and meaningful client relationships.
Dr. Armstrong is the co-host of Choose People Love Pets, a podcast exploring leadership, team dynamics, and innovation in veterinary medicine. She also launched DVM Off Script, a series that highlights veterinarians pursuing non-traditional and entrepreneurial career paths. Her work extends into developing leadership tools designed to help veterinary hospitals operationalize cultural values and improve team retention and morale.
With a background in both veterinary medicine and fine arts, and as a patent holder in veterinary technology, Dr. Armstrong brings a creative, multidisciplinary lens to clinical leadership. She is a passionate advocate for reshaping the profession to better serve both the people who work in it and the communities they care for.
