In 2024, GMV increased by an impressive 67% year-over-year. This growth highlights the impact Digitail has had in helping clinics streamline operations, improve efficiency, and create meaningful results for their teams, clients, and patients. It’s a powerful indicator of what’s possible when technology and community come together with a shared purpose.
This achievement isn’t just about numbers; it’s about what they represent—a growing community of clinics embracing innovation, overcoming challenges, and shaping a brighter future for veterinary care.
This past year, we launched 75 new features and improvements designed to make your workday smoother. From reminder protocols to label printer optimization, schedule templates, e-signatures, and customizable client communication tools, every update was crafted to help clinics like yours work smarter, not harder.
But we didn’t stop there. With Tails AI, we doubled down on saving time and boosting efficiency by introducing 14 additional automated workflows. That’s 14 new ways to reduce repetitive tasks and free up your time!
We also listened when you asked for more flexibility. Enter Tails VIP—Veterinary Intelligence Partner—a standalone app for those unable to upgrade their PIMS but still eager to harness Tails’ powerful capabilities.
Our payment processing system, Digitail Secure Payments, unlocked wellness plans, creating a seamless way to increase revenue and compliance. And our Pet Parent App hit a major milestone, reaching 21,000 monthly active users. With a 4.9-star rating on iOS and 4.7 stars on Android, it’s clear that pet owners value the convenience and connection it provides. Chats between clinics and pet parents also saw a 40% surge, proving that client communication within Digitail is thriving.
We know onboarding can be a headache, especially during big transitions. That’s why we implemented EverAfter—a platform designed to make onboarding simpler, faster, and less intimidating. Because let’s face it, change is hard.
On the tech front, we also improved our in-house data migration process to ensure that your clinic’s data transitions are as seamless as possible. And when it came to uptime, we delivered a solid 99.465%, staying ready when you needed us most.
The Digitail Academy became a proud addition to our community in 2024. With free CE-approved courses, it offered veterinary teams the opportunity to explore AI and technology in a practical, hands-on way. The response was incredible, with participants gaining confidence and new skills to enhance their workflows. It’s a space where learning meets innovation, and we’re excited to see it grow as a cornerstone of our community.
With the creation of a Digitail Facebook Community Group it is our hope that this space become a hub for collaboration, where Digitail users can share insights, ask questions, and support each other. It’s more than just a group—it’s a growing network of like-minded professionals.
