Plans are with month-to-month payments. You can start/stop or make changes to your plan at any time (unfortunately, we are not able to issue refunds in case of a cancelation). We want to make sure that you actually choose us every month. This means that every day we need to make sure you get the best service. We can’t afford to get sloppy and take your trust for granted.

Digitail is a cloud solution that doesn’t need any special driver/software installations. As long as you can access vin.com, dvm360.com, avma.com, or run Youtube / Facebook on the device, it means you can also use Digitail. You can access Digitail from your mobile phone, tablet, or any laptop/desktop computer you have. Simultaneously!

We are working with the best security and server teams to ensure that your data is safe. Digitail is currently hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) to provide a reliable cloud solution and uses the latest encryption standards. On top of that, we have automatic backups to make sure your data is always secure.

All updates are announced via your preferred communication method way ahead of the release. For larger changes, we do offer a smooth transition. This means you will still be able to use the old workflow in parallel with the new update. This way you can opt to use the new option whenever you feel ready!
