She currently serves as Medical Director and Co-Owner at Firehouse Animal Health Center 183 in Austin, Texas, where she leads a high-performing team focused on clinical excellence, psychological safety, and meaningful client relationships.

Dr. Armstrong is the co-host of Choose People Love Pets, a podcast exploring leadership, team dynamics, and innovation in veterinary medicine. She also launched DVM Off Script, a series that highlights veterinarians pursuing non-traditional and entrepreneurial career paths. Together with his partner Ruxandra Pui, he created Digitail – an all-in-one practice management software (PIMS) with integrated AI capabilities and a native pet parent app, designed to improve efficiencies and provide a modern experience to veterinary teams, clients, and their pets.
